Environment Council. On the agenda: reach political agreement on a regulation on CO2 emissions from ships; a directive on the reduction in the consumption of lightweight plastic carrier bags; reach a general approach on the proposal for a directive on the limitation of emissions of medium combustion plants; examine the Doha amendment ratification package as proposed by the Commission in November 2013.
