Ceasefire in Ukraine holds
The ceasefire in Ukraine agreed in Minsk last week is holding, but fighting around Debaltseve continues and risks undoing the truce.
Some fighting took place around Lugansk and Raihorodka as well, according to the OSCE. OSCE observers were denied access to Debaltseve.
