Europadebatt #2 denne våren
New political parties are emerging throughout Europe, inspired by the success of Emmanuel Macron in France, most recently in the creation of «Renew» in the UK.
On May 8, The European Movement in Oslo will host a panel discussion, asking how the new pro-European centrist parties are putting Europe at the top of their agenda. How do they communicate in the face of Euroscepticism? Will they succeed in engaging and changing the political landscape in Europe ahead of European Parliament Elections in 2019? If so – how?
To answer these questions we have invited Rayan Nezzar from President Macron’s movement LaREM, Pernille Rieker, Researcher at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) and Kjetil Wiedswang, journalist and commentator in Norwegian newspaper Dagens Næringsliv.
We hope to see you there!
Time: May 8, 5 PM- 7 PM –
Place: Kulturhuset, Oslo, Laboratoriet (3. etg.)
